Agility is a sport that requires team work the team the dog and handler navigate an obstacle course set by a judge the object is to run fast, clean and have fun. Agility Is a sport in which a handler directs an off-leash dog through the obstacle course within a set time with object of completing the course without any faults and under time.
Spectators commonly get caught up watching the dog and handler's enthusiasm in their athletic race against the clock. Agility is the fastest growing dog sport in North America...and the Pacesetter members are among the very best.
Agility is enjoyed by people of all ages and by all kinds of dogs. Many organizations allow mixed-breed as well as pure-breed dogs. Regardless of breed, participating dogs need to be fit and healthy to meet the athletic challenges of agility. Agility organizations also have junior handler programs for kids, as well as programs for veteran dogs.
